What Is Audio Visual Entrainment (AVE)?
Audio-visual entrainment (AVE), is one of the forms of brain training we offer at Optimum Edge. Your brain creates brainwave patterns that are directly associated with your state of mind. AVE is a type brainwave entrainment, which uses flashes of lights and pulsing sounds to encourage the brain into desired states of brainwave activity. AVE devices have been called light and sound machines, or mind machines.
